Floor sanding

We need some floors sanded (Matai from memory, will be whitewashed/painted by us). We will remove carpet, smoithedge and staples. No filling or fixing required. 1960s house, floors are in good condition just original and some paint splatters etc 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs - approx measurements as follows: bedroom: 3.5 x 4.3m plus two wardrobes bedroom: 2.6 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe bedroom: 2.75 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe Stairs: landing 1.5 x 2m. 8 stairs Available any time for site visit if necessary, or an estimate based on dimensions would be preferable. Please also indicate available timeframe as we would really like this done either before Xmas or over the holiday period if possible
