We just bought a house which has timber floors in the main lounge area. Looks like the previous owners have not polished it in a while so they look worn and so will require someone who has experience to check them and fix as necessary.

Pati had two guys who did a great job sanding and coating our timber floors. If only he mentioned that the skirting wasn't included in the cosf would have topped my score.
