Vinyl sealing

I will be replacing a toilet bowl and I need a tradie to uplift and remove existing vinyl and replace the uplifted area with vinyl planks before the toilet bowl can be fitted. The floor area is approximately 1.7 m by 0.9 m. The job will need to tie in on the day the plumbers come in to remove the old toilet bowl. The plumbers say they can come in the morning to remove the toilet bowl and then come back after the vinyl planks have been set in place by the tradie the same day to fit the new toilet bowl.
