Subfloor replacement

A section of water damaged BEDROOM sub flooring needs to be removed and replaced, carpet to be removed, unsure of size but less than 1200 x 1200. Will be 19 or 21mm thick ply, hard to tell exactly until its removed, currently swollen and soft. Will be re carpeted over top so doesnt have to be super flat, just need done asap,
