Laminate floor with Clip On water resistant laminates

Hi I have a wooden floor in my kitchen area which is looking bit old now. Wanted to have water resistance clipon floor laminates laid with underlay etc . haven't measured the floor area but as an estimate maybe 8m by 4m. If this could be done without damaging my kitchen cabinets and front cabinet plinth that is near new. This is a fairly straight forward job as I guess without costing an arm and a leg and put the underlay and the clip on laminates. Only bit will be the cutting of it to properly fit and corners and angles. Thanks My contact is ---
