Floor polishing

Am needing my lounge and dining area polished - if thats what you call it? wooden floor boards (don't know what type - house is 1960's) that need a spruce up. Probably somewhere around 40m2 approx - looking for someone who does a good job but is very competitively priced because this house is being renovated top to bottom and I have gone far over budget (had a nice 'surprise' re-roof) - Send me a text to give me a rough idea on price if you're keen.
