Laying of vinyl sheets

Have purchased vinyl planks (soft, not hard). Just need someone to prep the floor and lay it on the existing concrete floor. Lounge, hallway, bathroom, toilet and possibly kitchen too. I have pulled up the carpet but still have lots of prep to do that I have not finished yet. Some levelling might be needed.
