Floor sanding

I need a quote to sand and coat native timber floors which have always been carpeted. I have 3 bedrooms and a narrow hall which need to be done. One bedroom and the kitchen dining area was already done when I moved in. I expect the floor area which needs to be sanded is approximately 70m2. Would like to know if the whole area needs to be done at the same time or if it can be achieved a room at a time. Also how it can be matched with the current sanded areas.
