Floor Sanding and Polyurethane

1960 3brm house. Native timber floors. Been under carpet so in excellent condition and tight joints. Job is to sand/poly 3 bedrooms, hallway, and lounge. The other job is the kitchen laundry which has lino? tiles glued over the native timber. The tiles may have asbestos?? We're not sure. Ideally we want to remove the tiles and sand/poly the kitchen floor. Timeframe: early- mid July 2020
