bamboo flooring installation

Installation of bamboo flooring in the lounge, dinning room, Kitchen and hallway.. Dinning room is 6mx4m - then single step down to the lounge/kitchen area. which is 3.5 x 5.8m then the hallway is 1.2 x 4.8m. the hallway steps back up about 3/4s down. all boards will be going the same way, so should be a pretty quick as cutting will be minimal.. I worked it out to 50.06M2 I have drawn a layout below. All skirting's and existing coverings is off, still working on levels. The kitchen will also be ripped out (partner pending) so no cabinets etc to cut around...
