Concrete slab needs levelling

We have a concrete slab which used to be an outside porch, but has since been enclosed. It is not level and has a few cracks in it (surface). We are wanting to get it levelled so we can lay tiles. The room size is 3.6m x 2.1m. We are looking for quotes at this stage, but hoping to get this done later in the year/start of next year. Thanks!
