Flooring Lino grinding

Hello we have two rooms 5mX2.5M both rooms are concrete one room needs to be smoothed with a cutter over some bumps, then the lino which is long strips like wood but lino(will need adhesive addesive added) will need to be laid in the first room. The second room will need carpet laid and wood flooring added to one corner about 2.5m square. We need this done in next few weeks
