Floor sanding and finish for 3 bedroom house

My house has timber floors approx. 80sqm. The floors have marks, indents, and worn varnish surfaces. I need to have the floors sanded, and 3 coats of water or oil-based finish to restore the beauty, and preserve the wood. Need a quote for labour, materials, and travel to complete the job.
