Complete floor sanding & finishing

Hi, most of the hard work on sanding floors in small 3 Bd house has been completed, but surface still looks blotchy. Are you able to finish the job to get rid of blotches (old varnish). We don't have enough adequate tools to finish the job. Expect to be one day's work with right tools.
