Polish/clean timber floor

have three rooms to do, one room has paint splatters from a renovation. my goal is to have these paint splatters removed which do come off with hot soapy water. unsure what timber the floor is sorry. room 1: 3x3.5m room 2: 3x4.3m room 3: 3.3x2.5m (irregular shape)
