Floor sanding and cork tile removal

Lifting old cork tiles in one room and carpet in the other. Preparing, sanding and finishing the entire wooden fllor boards underneath (not sure if any repairs needed - maybe the odd squeaky floor board). Approximately 35 sq m: 50/50 carpet and cork.
