Vinyl flooring installation for bathroom

Needing a vinyl flooring to be laid in a renovated bathroom, wanting vinyl to match what is already installed in house which is the below bunnings link. would guess floor size to be 3-4m2, skirtings will be installed prior to vinyl going down. Floor is plywood sheet and may need a light sand prior to installation, I am able to do this if required. Am hoping to get this installed early next week to line up with other jobs required afterwards --- ---
