Hallway and Lounge Cork Floor Tiling 2

We'd like to re-floor our hallway and lounge with cork tiles. Our lounge measures 5.20m x 4.00m at the longest/widest points and our L-shaped hallway measures 3.30m x 3.40m at the longest/widest points - however, due to the asymmetrical shapes of both this will not give an accurate measure of the square footage required. We have purchased the cork tiles and will provide them for installation; we can also remove the carpet prior to the job. A layer of MDF or similar will be necessary to provide an even surface for the job. 'Rails'/transition pieces will be required in various doorways etc. between both tiles and carpet and tiles and vinyl. A finish will need to be applied to the tiles once laid. Ideally the job would be completed prior to April.
