Cork Floor Tiling in Hallway and Lounge

We'd like to re-floor our hallway and lounge with cork tiles. Our lounge measures 5.20m x 4.00m at the longest/widest points and our L-shaped hallway measures 3.30m x 3.40m at the longest/widest points - however, due to the asymmetrical shapes of both this will not give an accurate measure of the square footage required. We are happy to purchase and provide the cork tiles and will remove the carpet prior to the job. A 4.5mm layer of MDF may be necessary to provide an even surface for the job. 'Rails'/transition pieces will be required in various doorways etc. between both tiles and carpet and tiles and vinyl. A finish will need to be applied to the tiles once laid. The job would need to be carried out and completed on the weekend of 13th and 14th of December (a Saturday and Sunday).
