The areas to be sanded and refinishing include the library, kitchen, dining area, living area, passage and hall. The floor was originally sanded and sealed when new in 1998, the timber is eucalyptus delegatensis. The are several big cracks between boards that need filling and also burns from logburner embers to be removed. The area is approximately 85m2. Probably to be done during winter after mid-July. House will be vacated for two or three weeks.
