Carpet removal, new flooring, kitchen reno

We want to update our open plan kitchen / living & dining area. All up ~ 60 sqm. We need carpet (living/dining) and vinyl (kitchen) removed and replaced with laminate or hardwood floors. There is underfloor heating as well, which needs to be checked out. We are also looking to update the kitchen, by painting cabinets and installing new countertops.
