Wooden floor sanding and refinishing

We would like our wooden kitchen floor sanded and polyurethaned asap please. We'd also like the nail holes and small gaps between boards filled so that it doesn't collect crumbs. We have stripped it back to the original floorboards, removed nails etc. It will be a relatively small area as there will be kitchen cabinetry all around the walls seen in the picture. Kitchen is due to go in on 23 may
