Floor sanding and finishing in 1920s bungalow. Quotes with and without removal of current carpet, please. Three bedrooms, a hallway and a living room. Total area 95 m2. Can provide floorplan. Work would have to take place in early to mid Feb. n.b. the current state of the boards is unknown because of the carpet and underfloor insulation. I think they would be NZ hardwood. The rest of the wood (sills, frames etc) around the place is in great condition. If repairs are required, obviously we would pay for that on top of the quote.
