Hallway Floor Sanding

Have ripped up carpet in hallway and there is tongue & groove flooring where I would like a quote for this to be sanded and restored back to the original. A small amount of bora but I think it should come up primo! We are getting a new front door installed in January so would it be better to sand floor before or after the door has been installed?
