Holiday Home floor sanding and polishing

I have a house in Karitane. 40sqm of flooring needed to be Sanded and poly coat. There is carpet down in The lounge and vinyl down in the two bedrooms. Four areas need to be done, Lounge, hall and two bedrooms. Would also like the old carpet and vinyl to be taken away.
