Relay vinyl floor

I had visions of painting the kitchen floor black but have decided against it. Now I'm looking for someone to remove old vinyl and relay new vinyl in the kitchen - 2.35m x 1.22m wide (but 1.85m wide at the fridge alcove). Currently the vinyl floor curves up the wall a short distance - we'd like you to remove this curve and replace it with a white kickboard. Depending on how much the kitchen work will cost, we may also get you to relay vinyl in laundry, toilet and bathroom and lay vinyl in an ensuite that is currently carpeted. If the job can be done asap, that would be much appreciated.
