Varnish floor

We are arranging for the toilet pan in our toilet to be replaced. Once the original pan has been removed and before the installation of its replacement we want the existing vinyl to be lifted and the rimu tongue and groove floor underneath to be sanded and polyurethane varnished. There may a need for hole stopping. The area of the toilet room is 1550 x 870 mm. The toilet exit pipe may block obstruct easy access to the left rear of the room. We have a second toilet available for use during the work on this toilet.
