Aprox 2m x 2m maybe less I have already removed all the lyno myself and attempted to sand and remove the carpet glue. There’s a couple of floor boards that need replacing and the floor needs to be waterproofed. I’ve noticed that there are silverfish coming up at night so might have an infestation can exterminate if advised.
