Toilet laminate flooring job

Small toilet needs to be completed/redone. I have started this but I've probably buggered it up. Toilet floor area measures 2.2 x 0.8m. I will be using the pictured product. Flooring has a foam underlay attached to it. I have cut a rebate into existing skirting board for boards to fit under. One corner of floor area is a few mm lower than the rest of the floor, this will need to be taken into account. Work will involve cutting around the toilet base (I am not removing that). thanks
