Laying sheet vinyl in kitchen

I have a kitchen with a concrete floor. I have the sheet vinyl already but no glue. my builder has used floor leveling compound but it will still need a bit of sanding, but not much. The vinyl is two meters wide and 3.5 long and will need a bit of cutting around cupboards.
