Hallway flooring- rimu flooring

I would like a quote please to prepare our floor (removing the staples and sanding ect) and then sealing the floor with a lacquer. Please only quote if you have done this before and can advise on a good product to lacquer and make the rimu pop. Floor 4.1m long x 1.6m wide Where the vaccume is - aprox an extra 300mm deep
