Vinyl Flooring for Dining area and Bathroom

Hi there, I am looking to find someone that could help me with a small flooring job! I need to fix some flooring in my dining area that connects with my kitchen. It originally had very old carpet which I pulled up but now would like some vinyl flooring to be installed - I'm putting my house on the market at the end of february so really just need something that will tidy up the space. I also would like the bathroom flooring done at the same time which can be the same flooring from the dining if need be. Would be great to have someone that could help me out with this task!
