Floor Sanding and varnishing

It's a space of about 65m2, it's a house built in 1959 with good rimu flooring. The job entails sanding a hallway space and a lounge that runs into a kitchen and toilet. The kitchen was the only space that had sanded floors while the hallway and lounge have been covered in carpet. Builders are currently finishing off a small renovation and we'll pull up the carpet/vinyl once they've finished. The job is for the week of Dec 4. We're open to varnish or some sort of oil. The photos have a lot of building materials etc which will all be gone by the time the sanding is ready to be done. Floors will also be patched up so it's all rimu flooring boards. Cheers.
