Remove musty mdf toilet floor, polish hardwood tng
Job description
Need quote or estimate to give to insurance company. They may or may not cover it as its historical damage, but will need quote anyway. Toilet flooded few years ago, water damage not too heavy. MDF layer under lino is swollen and musty. Hardwood tng appears dry and ok from underneath, but will need to assess damage on top side. Thinking at this stage if hardwood is still good just to sand and varnish, but open to alternative solutions if that's not going to work. Toilet and hardwood skirting boards will probably need removed. Floor measures 2250 x 880.
