Floor sanding and polyurethaning

The kitchen area is about 7.4m2 and the laundry. 3.6m2. The rimu floor was sanded and polyurethaned about 6 years ago and I am now putting in a new kitchen and requires redoing to get exposed areas to match etc. If it makes it easier there will be no kitchen joinery in the area as I will put it in once the floors have been done. I would like 1. a price for sanding and fill only 2. a price to sand, fill and polyurethane
