We would like to know what it would cost to remove old vinyl from our kitchen (approx 10 sqm) and bathroom (maybe 1sqm) and then sand and polish the wood floors underneath, and also the laundry which is painted wood floor (maybe 1.5sqm).

All good but would have preferred to be told that the bathroom floor was rotten in part before the work was completed as we may have made a different decision about what to do
