Small job - wooden floor sanding and sealing
Job description
Original ensuite floor (rimu) needs sanding back and then revarnishing to match floor in other part of the house. Ensuite floor only approx 1m by 2m. Skirting has been removed and no fittings currently in room so clear work space. We have lifted old tiles and asbestos test came back safe. Some tile backing remains.
