Install engineered oak timber floor - stuck down

Approx. 20 square metres of 15mm Forte Smart engineered floor using stuck down method (not floating). You can supply the floor if you want to or we can supply. We will also need door bars. This is a hallway in a new build house in Tai Tapu. We realise that it may need grinding and a moisture proofing layer but the concrete has been dry for months and looks quite flat.
