sand and polish floors
Job description
I have a rental property that currently has oiled floors throughout (was sanded and oiled in 2003 approx using Danish oil). Its a 2 bedroom house plus lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. There is a small entrance way and short hallway. There is also a small laundry. I am not sure of floor size but about 70-80 sq meters. The house is currently empty as EQC are repairing it. They will be finished this week. I would like to have polyurethane on all the floors. Thanks, Sarah
