Sand and polish kitchen, dining and entranceway floors

We would like to have our rimu floors sanded and polished/varnished in the kitchen/dining and entranceways. Probably around 25 m2. Part of the floor was stained previously, prior to having carpet overlaid. The kitchen and rear entrance still have Lino on them. I’ve already removed some in the adjacent laundry and had it tested for asbestos, which came back negative. I might be able to remove the Lino in the kitchen, however there will still be glue left to remove - see example in photo. Would be looking to get the work done after the school holidays, i.e. early May.
