Vinyl installation

Hi, we need lino/vinyl laid in our kitchen, approx 10 square metres. It has old lino and hard board already, and areas that are cut out where the old kitchen cabinets were. Not sure how it works, but i assume the old lino will have to be pulled up first.The lino isn't asbestos old, but old nonetheless. We'd like a quote primarily for installation, and materials if you are able. Thanks
