Nick from floor play was very friendly and good with communication. Unfortunately, the work done at the place we felt wasn't up to a great standard. Nick was happy to come and fix up some of the untidy work but ended up coming another 2 times and in the end and the glue was still a bit messy. Overall I think I would have preferred to pay Nick a little more to do the job well the first time. It felt like he could have been a bit rushed.
