We have just installed a new kitchen which is different layout to the old one. So we need to sand back existing rimu floor and out a new polyurethane coating. We would like to look at the commercial water based system with a Satin Finish for this area (unless you recommend something else). Timber floor runs from Dining and Kitchen areas through to the entrance way / front door. Est of area is just under 35sqm
