Kitchen floor

Sand and polyeurethane T&G kitchen floor. Vinyl will be lifted and removed, however some paper-like backing may remain stuck to the floor. This does come off fairly easily with a belt sander, without clogging. Vinyl flooring has been checked for asbestos, and test came back negative (results available prior to work starting). 40% of floor is bare wood, 60% may have that paper-like backing. Room size is 6000mm x 3600mm.
