front door/entrance

The front door has let weather in and damaged the flooring and a floor joist approx. 1.5m. Re-instatement of flooring (probably will be supplied Beech TnG) and replacement of the rotten joist is required. Underfloor insulation will be provided and installed in the undamaged space. The area is approximately 3m x 2.2m.
