Vinyl installation

Installation of vinyl flooring in vacant rental. Vinyl supplier pulled out of installation when they discovered the original vinyl under the existing vinyl tiles is asbestos backed, they had quoted for the removal of all existing vinyl and were not prepared to go over the top of the existing installation with the new vinyl because it could effect their 10 year warranty. Kitchen is approximately 3m x 3m Bathroom 1m x 1m Toilet 1.5m x 1m The stove has been removed. Looking for a tradesmen that can do a neat job - --- .
