Current vinyl needs replacing but cost is too high so I'd like to get a different type of vinyl to be glued on top of existing vinyl. Have not yet purchased new vinyl as I'm not sure if this work is possible, hence the need to speak to an experienced tradesman to give advice. Existing subfloor (laid 4 years ago) is appropriate for the work, if it is feasible to do this. If the 'cover up' is feasible, I will get new vinyl & arrange for fridge & dishwasher to be removed. Kitchen floor is 220 x 220cm.
