Under the carpets is a tongue and groove floor, Unsure of the timber, possibly Rimu? This has had a patchy job, where sections have been cut out and replaced with particle board. We are looking for a solution to lay recycled rimu boards to either line up with the exisiting boards (Filling in the patched areas) and fill the gaps, or fully relay boards in some parts, depending on how bad it is. Quite a large area, Roughly 65m2. For the finnish we would like all gaps filled and sanded and with a satin oil.
