Replace rotten floor boards

I have an upstairs master bedroom that has had a leak from the window, when the carpet was taken up the floor boards (maybe plywood) underneath have rotted. Also in the same bedroom the skirting board has warped. As I have just brought this house I am not sure if the window is water tight so I would need to get that checked too.
