Kitchen vinyl flooring

I have a kitchen (approx. 20m squared) that needs new vinyl. We have ripped up old, and will supply new vinyl. Floors are tongue and groove floorboards with a chipboard patch. Floors are a bit uneven so will need a layer of thin board laid, and then new vinyl installed.
